Refunds Process: Upon receiving the returned goods, we are committed to processing your refund within a maximum of 7 days. The reimbursement will be made employing the same payment method utilized for the initial order. Notably, you won’t incur any charges for this refund procedure.

Conditions for Returns: To facilitate a seamless return process, kindly ensure that the following conditions are met:

  1. The purchase of the goods transpired within the past 7 days.
  2. The goods are intact within their original packaging.

However, please bear in mind that specific categories of goods are non-returnable, as delineated below:

  • Goods customized or distinctly personalized to your specifications.
  • Goods that, due to their inherent nature, cannot be reasonably returned—such as perishable items or products with expired dates.
  • Goods that cannot be returned due to hygiene, health protection, or similar reasons, and have been unsealed post-delivery.
  • Goods that have been inextricably blended with other items since delivery, rendering them inseparable.

It’s important to note that GadgetCentral retains the prerogative to decline returns that do not align with the aforementioned criteria at our sole discretion.

Returning the Goods: The responsibility and cost of returning the goods to GadgetCentral lie with you. For a seamless return process, please dispatch the goods to the following address:

Regrettably, we cannot accept liability for goods that are damaged or lost during the return shipment. To safeguard your interests, we strongly recommend using an insured and traceable mail service. Refunds will only be issued upon confirmation of goods’ receipt or provision of verifiable proof of return delivery.

Gift Returns: Should the acquired goods be earmarked as a gift during purchase and subsequently shipped directly to you, the value of the returned goods will be credited to you in the form of a gift certificate upon our receipt of the returned product.

In cases where the goods were not labeled as a gift during the purchase or if the gift giver arranged the delivery to themselves prior to presenting it to you, any refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
